When will mPack be released?
We have provided a beta version of mPack in order to get feedback on the functionality and gauge interest in the product. A release date has not yet been set, but keep checking our website!

Will new releases add additional functionality?
We intend to add additional features to the existing modules, as well as add new modules and categories over time.

Why doesn't Stopwatch show tenths or hundredths of a second by default?
Smartphones have two different clocks inside. The first is the normal clock that keeps track of the current date and time - this is the timer used by default, but on most Smartphones it only provides full seconds, not tenths or hundredths. We attempted to use a second "high resolution" timer that provides milliseconds, and is specified to be much more accurate than the first clock. To our surprise, on at least some Smartphones, this second clock is very inaccurate - it can be slow by as much as 10% when the phone is not on AC power, which means that Stopwatch could lose multiple minutes every hour. The inaccuracy seems to be related to the CPU load on the device, so is not predictable - otherwise we would be able to correct for it. When you turn on the High resolution timer option on the Stopwatch menu, this potentially inaccurate clock is used, which is why a warning pops up when you try to turn it on. Note that it is much more accurate when the phone is on AC power - we suspect because the CPU is not in a low power mode that causes the high resolution timer problem, but that is just a guess.

We have contacted a device manufacturer about getting this issue fixed, but have not yet received a response. Until then, we recommend leaving the High resolution timer option turned off unless you check its accuracy against another time source to make sure it is accurate enough for your purposes.

Why did my filename get a number in it after using QuickReader?
QuickReader remembers where you were in the book by putting a position marker directly into the filename. If you don't want the current location remembered, just go to the first page of the book when you are done reading, and no number will be added to the filename. Other ebook readers use a separate file for each ebook to store information such as the current position, but we considered that to be a cluttered solution. Don't hesitate to let us know if you disagree!

Why did the Inscrutable Oracle give me bad advice?
And why did I get 27 heads in a row in Coin Toss?
We used to use a really good Oracle, but it quit in a huff when the tofu we provided wasn't firm enough. Until we find a replacement, you're stuck with this one, which as the name clearly states, is inscrutable. Please keep this in mind when making important life decisions. In addition, the Oracle's employment contract also covers flipping the coin in Coin Toss. When we asked the Oracle about your issue, it replied, "Who needs 27 consecutive coin tosses anyway? My thumb is tired. Please make them stop...and send more tofu." You should have seen the Oracle's face when we mentioned plans for rock, scissors, paper in a future release.
