All Glass Lantern, LLC software is downloadable from our website. When you make a purchase, you will receive a license key via email. You will not receive a boxed copy, CD-ROM or anything else - just the license key, which needs to be entered into the product. Before purchasing our products, we encourage you to download them and try them out. We use a secure order processing system provided by RegSoft.com, so if you pay with a credit card, that's the name that will show up on your statement. When your payment is approved (typically instantly for credit card orders) you will receive a license key via email along with instructions for entering it. You can pay by credit card, check, or money order. If you are purchasing more than 5 copies of any product, please contact sales@glasslantern.com for volume discounts.

One license can be used on a single computer - see the EULA (End User License Agreement) that you must agree to during installation for details, or contact sales@glasslantern.com if you have any questions about licensing. A license key is valid for updates to the program until the major version number increases. For example, a license key purchased for version 1.3 will also work in version 1.8. However, it will not work in version 2.0.

Finally, when you order, we ask where you heard about us. Specific information tells us which advertising is working and helps us keep our costs down. For example, telling us "Internet" doesn't really help - naming a specific website tells us that more advertising on that site may be useful, which helps both us and the site.
